Administrative Assistant
The Amalgamated Sugar Company LLC – Boise, Idaho

The Amalgamated Sugar Company LLC is seeking two temporary Administrative Assistants for 9-12 months. These positions will perform a wide variety of demanding administrative duties by the Project Manager. Independent judgment and inter-departmental collaboration and coordination across various levels of the organization are required. Commitment to the full project timeline is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed training plans for each go-live, that will address the curriculum, training development and delivery

• Developing training templates and standards

• Creating a repository for training materials (SharePoint)

• Identifying and developing employee lists for training and testing

• Assisting with training material development

o UPK (develop and edit), QR guides, Other

• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions that align with the project plan

• Providing assistance during training sessions

• Drafting project updates

• Drafting surveys for feedback after testing/training sessions and go-live

• Updating process flows and org charts in Visio

• Develop and edit UPK’s

• Update weekly status reports

• Assist PMO with coordination of resources and materials

• Administer and oversee project SharePoint site

• Attend status meetings, testing sessions, and training sessions to assist with data capture

o Meeting notes, Parking lot update, Issues log update

• Complete other project administrative tasks as assigned by PMO

Job Requirements

• Completion of high school;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration;
• Strong Excel skills required;
• JD Edwards experience preferred;
• OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
