Who We Are

Amalgamated Sugar Company produces sugar from sugar beets grown by the 700+ members of our cooperative.  Amalgamated Sugar is the second largest manufacturer of sugar from sugar beets in the United States and sells sugar across the country through our national sales company, National Sugar Marketing Cooperative, Inc.

Our SUGAR

White Satin® Brand

White Satin® brand sugar is sold in an assortment of styles and quantities to meet all mixing and baking needs. Amalgamated Sugar has been selling under the White Satin® name since 1934. These products include fine granulated sugar, extra fine granulated sugar, brown sugar, dark brown sugar, and gel gran granulated sugar.

Industrial Sugar

Amalgamated Sugar produces pure sugar in various forms, such as Extra Fine Granulated Sugar, Baker’s Special, Industrial Coarse Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Type 50 Medium Invert, and Type O Liquid Sucrose, to meet the needs of customers in the food and beverage manufacturing industries.

Feed Products

Amalgamated Sugar produces and markets a variety of wholesome animal feed products derived from sugar beets. Our feed products consist primarily of pulp (wet and dried), molasses, CSB, and specialty products. Our feed products are sold domestically and internationally.
